Building Teamwork Relationship
1. Kindness comes from patience -- When the Bible discusses love, it first talks about patience, patience that is beyond flesh and blood can endure. Love is patient and kind. Patience is not love; love is patient and kind. Kindness is to treat others with kindness. The Holy Spirit allows us to have insight into people and things so that we can love others. Spiritual people see through everything, but the fleshly people will be blinded. The fleshly people will cause us to lose the insight that spiritual people should have and lose our spiritual vision.
2. Not afraid to express your own opinions -- Many people have different opinions on things, but like to hide their opinions because they lack a sense of security in front of others. It is indeed inappropriate to express yourself at an inappropriate time or to only emphasize yourself; but when you need to contribute yourself, you must dare to express yourself.
3. Confront others when they are in their best conditions -- When confronting someone in public, the other party will be on guard and will not be able to reflect on their mistakes easily. When dealing with complex people and situations, it is necessary to consider at what time, place, and number of people the other party can be in the healthiest state. E.g. Introverts need to talk in private because they need to think before responding, so there should be space for the other person to reduce the pressure; emotional people need to be soft first and then hard.
4. Warm up before rebuking -- People with unhealthy decisiveness tend to be stubborn, while casual people need time to get into the right state. Therefore, you should first calm down, proceed step by step, analyze layer by layer, and guide patiently before pointing out the problem. Then the other person will wake up from their dream.
5. Think about where you made mistakes before blaming others -- it will be easier for them to reflect on themselves if you tell them your mistakes first.
6. Non-dependence -- Dependence is an emotional attachment and a non-independent personality. Climbing plants have no backbone, so if they cling to other plants, they will prevent the host from growing. If they cannot cling to the host, they will become dead trees. Dependence prevents one from growing and creates pressure on the entire team.
7. Don't shirk responsibility -- shirking responsibility is the label of immaturity and an attitude that refuses to grow up. Taking the initiative is the nourishment of a mature leader. Don't be afraid of not being able to afford it, because God will give us what we need, and even more than what we ask or think, as long as we seek His kingdom and His righteousness first!
8. Not being tyrannical -- What is tyranny? Only caring about your own ideas, not listening to others' opinions, or easily overturning decisions made by everyone. Such people will only destroy the relationship between the team and the workers. Jesus said, "Take my yoke upon you, for I am gentle and lowly in heart."
